The State of Minnesota Construction Codes and Licensing Division's MN State Building Code Jurisdiction Directory lists Swift County, MN as not having adopted MN State Building Codes. See here for more information.
In a telephone conversation on November 19, 2019, with a PLRB staff member, Pam Perrizo, Environmental Assistant for Swift County, MN Environmental Services Department, stated Swift County does not enforce MN State Building Codes.
